What’s inside?
We don’t overcomplicate it. Water, almonds, a touch of sugar, rapeseed oil for that creamy texture, a pinch of sea salt and natural almond flavours, some sunflower lecithin and just enough acidity regulators to keep your pours smooth.
What’s lecithin anyway?
It’s a naturally occurring emulsifier found in sunflowers. Sunflower lecithin helps blend the good bits so your almond mlk stays creamy without splitting.

Ingredients: Water, Almond (2.2%), Sugar (2%), Rapeseed Oil, Acidity Regulators (Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Citrate), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Natural Flavour, Sea Salt.
May contain traces of nuts and/or soya.
Each case contains 6 x 1 litre cartons.
- Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened keep in the fridge. Use within 3-4 days.
- Best served chilled.
- Shake well before serving.
