OUR STORY

Before ALLDAYS, we were d.OAT

We started in Dublin in 2020 – not in a boardroom, but in a café kitchen. Ste O’Loughlin (barista) and Sandy Wyer (chef) were tired of oat milks that talked a good game and then split in espresso.

The first version, Dublin Oat, was fresh, creamy and genuinely good in coffee. The problem? It didn’t last long enough to go anywhere.

It found its way into some of Ireland's best cafés, which told us we were onto something. But 'onto something' isn't the same as finished. So we kept going.

We reworked the recipe. Tested it in busy services. Pushed it through high-acid naturals and dark roasts. Cut anything that didn’t need to be there.

Eventually, we landed on a shelf-stable version that actually behaved.
Tight microfoam. Clean sweetness. No gum-heavy aftertaste.
Built for coffee first – but just as good in food.

That’s how d.OAT earned trust behind serious cafés – Roasted Brown, Hatch, The Fumbally, One Kinda Folk, Java Republic, Scéal Bakery.
Places that care about flavour, not fads.

But over time, it became clear this wasn’t just about oat. In 2025 along came d'almo to change the game in almond mlk for specialty coffee.

The same thinking – taste first, performance always, could go further.
Different bases. Same standard.

So in 2026, we evolved.

d.OAT became ALLDAYS.

Not because oat didn’t work.

But because what we built deserved to grow.

ALLDAYS is a platform for plant-based products that work the way makers need them to = all day, for all makers, in all the ways they craft.

No theatre. No wellness halo. No chasing trends.

We make products that steam properly.
That stretch.
That don’t hijack the coffee.
That hold up in a kitchen.

We’re from the same world as the people we serve – early starts, busy weekends, staff drinks after close.

We’re here to raise the bar, quietly but confidently.
