Shipping Policy

We're a small team doing our best to get your orders out fresh and fast.

When We Ship
We pack and ship orders every Monday and Wednesday.
If you place an order after 6am on shipping day, it’ll go out with the next dispatch.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are set to renew on Mondays, even when you purchase on a different date.. Sometimes there may be a slight delay due to factors outside our control—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving. Your first subscription post will be sent on the earliest available dispatch date and future orders will be sent on a Monday.

Couriers
We usually ship with An Post, but depending on demand or availability, we may use another trusted courier.

Delivery Timeframes
All orders are sent via an overnight service, but please note:
Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier.
Delivery is usually next day, but can take up to 72 hours.

Please wait 72 hours after your fulfilment notification email before reaching out about your parcel—we promise we haven’t forgotten you!
